The earliest example of snake jewelry dates to 800 bc.  It became very popular in Egypt during the reign of Cleopatra.  Serpents symbolized royalty and deities. 

This ring is cast in jeweler’s brass in a size 7.  It adjusts up and down about one size.  Brass will oxidize over time but you can polish it up bright and shiny with a polishing cloth or brass cleaner.  Check out the polishing cloth we sell here.  It works great!
